Our Returns Promise

Just like our reinforced stitching, our returns policy is built to last. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

Important Hygiene Notice:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty. This policy applies to all items from our Swimwear collection.

How to Return an Item

Our returns process is as streamlined as our moisture-wicking activewear:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Item

Securely pack the unused merchandise with original tags in the original packaging if possible.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our Edinburgh headquarters:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Step 4: Confirmation

We’ll email you once we process your return, typically within 3 business days of receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
