• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Undeliverable packages may incur additional fees for re-shipping.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear returns are only accepted for faulty items.

5.2 Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.4 Exchanges

For size/colour exchanges, follow the return process and include a note with your desired item. We will ship the new item once we process your return (standard shipping rates apply).
